In the event of a date change, a new proposal and contract will be drafted by Luvone's Beautiful Occasions dependent upon date availability. Previous deposits will be forfeited by client and a new 50% deposit will be due. All deposits are nonrefundable, non-transferable.

We are here to make sure your wishes are executed. Luvone's Beautiful Occasions will follow what we have gone over in your consultation. In addition, we reserve the right to make calls and last minute changes, if necessary, without consult. For example, if it is beginning to rain, we have the right to move cocktail hour indoors. We will use our best judgement to make necessary changes if they should arise.

Luvone's Beautiful Occasions reserves the right to use images from your event for promotion, display, advertising, internet and publication. We are sensitive to posting should special circumstances requiring privacy need to be considered and respected.

Any site visits or meetings taking place, we are happy to attend if scheduling allows. Initial site visits are free of charge. For any additional visits, you will be invoiced our hourly rate of $50 an hour including travel time. We will schedule our own subsequent visits as needed free of charge.

We are here to make the journey as stress free as possible. Feel free to email, but please allow us 24-48 hours for responses due to travel and events. Phone calls do not have to be scheduled unless it’s a full meeting and design call. We do not charge any extra fees for additional calls. Please allow 1-7 days for receipts. We use payment sources that keep accounting records for peace of mind. Our availability is limited Thursday through Sunday unless it’s an emergency. We are committed to executing flawless events and spend Thursday-Saturdays creating for our upcoming events. Please allow additional response time during these days as we will provide the same level of service and commitment when your day comes!

Please share your vendor contracts with us. This helps us understand what is expected of us, venue rules, and items included in your package. If you are bringing in personal vendors (family and friends), please share their information with us, and we will contact them to have a clear understanding of what is expected as well as share timelines with them. Luvone’s Beautiful Occasions is not responsible for any mishaps with personal vendors brought in by clients, outside of our company contract.

Billing for this service will take place on the agreed upon date[s] every month. If you fail to complete payment plan, payment will automatically be due the 1st of each month with completion of payments due 90 days prior to wedding. If Event is booked within that 90 day deadline, we are happy to make an exception with payments timelines.

Upon booking with Luvone's Beautiful Occasions, a payment plan will be entered into based on the clients’ preference. Once a payment plan is set between client and LBO, that payment plan cannot be altered. In the event that payment dates are not met, a fee of $50 will be added for the first late day and $25 each day will accrue after. This must be paid in full by each month’s end or all planning will be paused.

However, we do recommend a starting point of $3,000 for all parties to experience the best of Luvone’s Beautiful Occasions.

Luvone's Beautiful Creations does require an additional miscellaneous décor fee of $100 where décor is involved. It gives us the creative freedom needed to pull loose ends together, and add special touches during set up. This fee does not apply to Day-of-Coordinating contracts.
