Absolutely! One of the biggest misconceptions couples have is assuming the venue coordinator and a professional wedding planner provide the same services — they do not. Venue coordinators are there to oversee the venue itself and handle venue-related logistics. Their responsibilities are often limited to basic ceremony guidance, venue timing, and ensuring venue policies are followed. A professional wedding planner, however, is dedicated specifically to you and your overall wedding experience.

Your planner manages vendors, oversees timelines, coordinates deliveries and setup, handles unexpected issues, communicates with your wedding party, and ensures every detail flows smoothly from beginning to end. We create detailed itineraries, perform check-ins throughout the day, and help ensure you, your spouse, and your bridal party are cared for and stress-free. If a vendor is late, an item is forgotten, a child in the wedding party needs attention, or an emergency arises, we step in immediately so you can remain present and enjoy your day. Our goal is to work behind the scenes so you can breathe, celebrate, and fully experience one of the most important days of your life!

As a Day of Coordinator, we will be on board every step of the way to ensure that your rehearsal (or day prior set up/meetings for other party/events) and your wedding day goes smoothly. This package includes, two consultations and unlimited phone calls and emails. We will be present for a final walk through, as well as at the day prior for rehearsal, plus your entire wedding. This package excludes labor and setup.

Everything offered in our Silver Package is curated to simply minimize stress for the couple and the couple’s families. This includes two convenient, unlimited consultations and planning sessions. We will help you decide on a budget and formulate a décor plan for your special day. This this package contract does not include any hands on decorating, payments to vendors, pick-ups or returns for event, labor or setup.

Investment: $1,000

Everything offered in contract one as well as service of contacting and communicating with all vendors for the bride, setting up any rental deliveries, pickups, and returns needed for the ceremony and reception. We will also help with beautiful floral designs and deliveries needed for both the ceremony and reception. Luvone's will also coordinate the deliveries and returns. Please note, this package does not include labor and setup.

Investment: $1,500

This is our only hands-on contract offered to clients. We take responsibility for every creative area on your special day including design, both décor installation and take-down. We handle all the florals, payments, and beyond, giving you time to enjoy the moments. We also help with the entire planning process 6 months to one year prior.
