As a Day of Coordinator, we will be on board every step of the way to ensure that your rehearsal (or day prior set up/meetings for other party/events) and your wedding day of goes smoothly. In this package, we offer two consultations and unlimited phone calls and emails. We will be present for a final walk through, as well as at the day prior for rehearsal, plus your entire wedding.

Investment: $1,500

Our Silver Package is one that simply minimizes stress and time for the couple and the couple’s families. This includes two convenient, unlimited consultations and planning sessions. We will help you decide on a budget and formulate a décor plan for your special day. This this package contract does not include any hands on decorating, payments to vendors, pick-ups or returns for events.

Investment: $1,000

Everything offered in contract one. Also included in this package is the service of contacting and communicating with all vendors for the bride, setting up any rental deliveries, pickups, and returns needed for the ceremony and reception. We will also help with floral designs and deliveries needed for both the ceremony and reception. Luvone's will also coordinate the deliveries and returns.

Investment: $1,500

This is our only hands-on contract offered to clients. Please see packages for special details. We take responsibility for every area of design on your special day; design, both décor installation and take-down. We handle all florals, payments, and beyond. We also help with the entire planning process 6 months to one year prior depending upon notification from responsible parties.
